    What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When I was searching for a job focused on human support based on my previous research experience and collaborative work with academia, I encountered the position of URA and I decided to embark on this role, dedicating my second career to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When I came back to Japan from UK after finishing studying abroad, I got a good scolding from an airport officer because of overstay and almost got arrested! That is a bittersweet memory in my work career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
