    What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    I was involved in many R&D projects at a general chemical company. I thought experiences, knowledge, skills, and networks that I cultivated as a practitioner while working at the company would contribute to knowledge creation of universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
