    What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For many years, I worked as a researcher for a manufacturer, and also had the experience of starting up a manufacturing and sales company to turn my research ideas into commercial products. While looking for a new job, I wondered whether there\u2019s a way to make use of my experience to help researchers, and that was when I learned about URA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
