    What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    My experience as a project researcher led me to develop a strong interest in supporting research(er), and my previous work supporting not only researchers but also universities and research institutions led me to aim for a career as a URA supporting researchers by working as a team and in collaboration with other departments to strengthen the research capabilities of the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
