    What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    I became interested in looking at the world of research from a non-researcher’s perspective. In addition, I wanted to know whether it is true that young researchers in Japan work in bad environment, which I often heard. If there is space for improvement, I would like to commit to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
