This has been an incredibly meaning experience. I am committed to providing and analyzing data that will support evidence-based measures, helping create a better environment for you to carry out your research!\n                    <\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I decided to apply for URA when I realized that my broad research experience would be valuable not only in my own research but also in other fields.
