    What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When I was a researcher, I went for drinks with my former manager and he encouraged me to become a URA, which was the first opportunity to think about this job. I thought it would be challenging but also interesting to accompany researchers in the entire research process aiming for better outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
