    What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Having worked in developing countries in the past, I received various forms of support from university and research institute staff to help solve problems. That experience made me want to support the development of researchers\u2014the driving force behind research\u2014and help create opportunities for them to thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
