Message for researchers
I would be very happy if you feel glad that you do your research in Japan.
What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)
I had been involved in research as a researcher, but when I thought about my aptitude and personality, I felt strongly that I wanted to get the job in which I could continue being involved in research, interact with people, and build relationships with people. After talking with URA staffs and actually receiving their support, I realized that the URA was a fascinating position and had the good working atmosphere. Therefore, I thought that was a big reason for me to apply the URA position.

Personal Note
I think it’s not easy to live and do research in a foreign country. When I did research in USA, I received a lot of help from many people. Please don’t be afraid to ask for help!
