Please note that you must follow KU’s internal procedures for security export control in the following cases:
Acceptance of international students
Acceptance of foreign researchers
Acceptance of foreign visitors
Acceptance of non-resident Japanese nationals
Acceptance of persons (residents) falling under the specitic categories
Export of goods overseas (including hand-carry)
Sending or taking data overseas, including technology and information (e.g., via email, USB drives, etc.)
Overseas work trips
Research meetings with oversea parties
Research meetings involving non-residents or persons (residents) falling under the specific categories
Research presentaions at international conferences
Collaborative research with overseas universities, institutions, etc.
Collaborative research with domestic universities, institutions, etc. involving non-residents or persons (residents) falling under the specific categories
