What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)
After completing my graduate studies, I was exploring my career options while feeling sad about leaving academia behind. It was during this time that I discovered the role of a URA.
What I find particularly appealing about the work of a URA is that it allows me to contribute to global-scale research through the knowledge I bring to the role.
