Venue

HFSP Science Summit Japan 2025 – Satellite Event at Kyoto University

As part of the HFSP Science Summit Japan 2025, Kyoto University is hosting a satellite event titled “Next Frontiers in Life Science: HFSP × Nobel Prize in Kyoto” to foster the next generation of life science researchers and promote international research networks.

In collaboration with the Human Frontier Science Program Organization (HFSPO), this special event will welcome 10 distinguished guests, including Nobel Laureates and HFSP Nakasone Award recipients. Through keynote lectures by Nobel Laureates, poster presentations, and flash talks by early-career researchers, this event will offer a unique opportunity for early-career scientists to engage in academic exchange and explore the frontiers of life science from multiple perspectives.

The event will also feature the announcement of the recipient of the Kyoto University Lectureship Award [Life Science or Medicine], Kyoto University’s newly launched initiative to recognize exceptional contributions in the field.

We warmly welcome participants at all career stages ―from undergraduate students to postdoctoral researchers and senior scientists. This event offers an exceptional opportunity to engage directly with some of the world’s leading researchers and explore new horizons in life science.

If you are interested in participating, please register via the form below. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
