What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)

When I was thinking about how I could make use of my research and work experience in the field of environmental studies, I found out the position of Research Administrator. As I did more research, I became fascinated by the creative and collaborative nature of the Research Administrator position and decided to give it a try.
