Message for researchers
I am sure that your research will be further scaled up by the combined efforts of many people. I would be happy to help you with that!
What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)
When I worked in a laboratory, URAs helped me navigate the complex aspects of patent applications and NDA agreements. I wanted to support researchers by applying my knowledge of these challenging areas, which motivated me to become a URA.
I believe that, for a URA, it’s crucial not only to have specialized knowledge but also to know how to access the right information when needed—whether it’s knowing “who holds that knowledge” or “where to find the information.” I am committed to further developing such knowledge and will work hard to improve.
