Message for researchers

Just like biodiversity, I believe that universities are creative and inspiring places with diversity of researchers. Collaborating with researchers with varied motivations, I would like to contribute to the improvement of research environment and the creation of knowledge!

What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)

As I had opportunities to know various issues in a research environment when I was a researcher, I got more interested in establishing a better environment where researchers can focus on their own research than being myself a researcher. I was attracted to the idea that KURA is not only aimed to improve research environment but also to create an organization and occupation to be in charge of the improvement.
