Message for researchers

I hope to help you realize your creative ideas. I will also appreciate your feedback.

What inspired me to become a research administrator (URA)

As a former faculty member, I realized how hard it was to manage a university laboratory and acquire grants on my own while spending so much time and effort on work other than education and research activities. The experience made me believe that creative research would be developed by creating a research environment where researchers can concentrate on their own research with little burden of other work. I therefore applied for a URA and am determined to support researchers.
